Active substance: imidacloprid 300 g/l + lambda-cyhalothrin 100 g/l

PURPOSE: Triple action insecticide (contact, intestinal and systemic), with a quick stop effect and a long period of protective action, for combating a wide range of leaf-gnawing and sucking pests.

PRINCIPLE OF ACTION: Imidacloprid has pronounced systemic and contact activity, penetrates into plants through leaves and stems. The substance actively affects the nervous system of harmful insects, blocking nicotinergic receptors of the postsynaptic nerve, and quickly suppresses the transmission of signals through the central nervous system of pests, as a result of which they first lose movement activity and stop feeding. Lambda-cyhalothrin disrupts the function of the nervous system, acting on the exchange of calcium in synapses and sodium-potassium channels. Poisoning manifests itself in damage to the motor centers and in strong excitement. Provides quick destruction of pests. In addition, it acts against larvae and adults of ticks, inhibits their development, preventing the growth of their number.

APPLICATION FEATURES: The insecticide Shtefonir is highly toxic for bees (protection zone - 4-5 km, flight restriction of bees - at least 5 days); Requirements for the pH of the working solution are from 5 to 7; When using Shtefonir, CS in arid and hot conditions, it is necessary to increase the rate of pouring of the working solution to 300 l/ha and add Shtilvet Super (0.15 l/ha) for better wetting of the leaf surface and for better permeability of the active substance through the wax coating of plants. Compatible with most drugs produced by DDE FARM AG. When using with drugs from other manufacturers, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary check on the compatibility of the components and the phytotoxicity of the mixture.

APPLICATION REGULATIONS: It is recommended to carry out spraying at temperatures from +10 to +25 ºС using ground equipment in the morning (before 10) and evening (after 18) hours with minimum air flows. The air speed during fine-droplet spraying should not exceed 3 m/s, with large-droplet spraying - 4 m/s. Spraying of crops should be carried out during the growing season of the crop as a preventive measure or when pests reach the economic threshold of harmfulness.
