Active substance: etofumesate 112 g/l, phenmedifam 91 g/l, desmedifam 71 g/l
PURPOSE: Three-component selective herbicide used in the post-emergence period to control annual dicotyledonous and some cereal weeds on sugar beet crops.
PRINCIPLE OF ACTION: It has a contact and soil effect. Phenmedifam and desmedifam penetrate into the plant through the leaf apparatus, block the process of photosynthesis. Etofumesate is absorbed by the shoots of monocotyledons during germination and absorbed by the roots of dicotyledons, inhibits meristem growth, slows down cell division and limits the formation of a waxy cuticle.
ADVANTAGES:
a new oil-based formulation developed by leading Belgian scientists; a wide range of action;
good miscibility with other pesticides;
simple and convenient to use.
FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION:
To control a wide range of weeds, it is advisable to use in tank mixtures with drugs:
Goal (metamitron, 700 g/l);
Stefodim (klethodim, 240 g/l);
Steftrel (clopyralid, 300 g/l).
In case of heavy weediness and intensive weed germination, the periods between applications should be shortened to 6-7 days.
Compatible with drugs produced by DDE FARM AG. When using with drugs from other manufacturers, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary check on the compatibility of the components and the phytotoxicity of the mixture.
Incompatible with alkaline substances.
APPLICATION REGULATIONS:
Sunny, warm weather and the presence of available moisture in the soil helps to increase the effectiveness of the action on weeds. The drug cannot be used on hot days with strong solar radiation or when there is a danger of night frosts, as well as in crops of sick or weakened plants, as damage to beets is possible!
It is recommended to carry out spraying at temperatures from + 12 to + 25 ºС using ground equipment in the morning (before 10) and evening (after 18) hours with minimal air flows. The air speed during fine-droplet spraying should not exceed 3 m/s, with large-droplet spraying - 4 m/s. Do not spray on plants wet from rain or dew, or if precipitation is expected within the next 6 hours. Crop spraying should be carried out in the weed cotyledon phase, and subsequent treatments - with an interval of 7-10 days.
CONSUMPTION STANDARDS OF WORKING SOLUTION: 200-300 l/ha
