Information for JCB customers: updated prices and service conditions from January 1, 2026

JCB Spare Parts Price Update

The updated price list for JCB spare parts will come into effect from January 1, 2026. The price adjustment is due to continued inflationary pressure, rising costs of raw materials, energy resources and logistics services, as well as the impact of global trade factors on supply chains.

At the same time, the increase does not apply to the following categories:

- Lubricants;

- Clearance Parts;

- Software.

Please note that individual adjustments are possible for individual items, and price changes for attachments will be reported additionally.

Updates to service and trade conditions

In 2026, JCB is also implementing updates to its trade and service conditions aimed at:

optimizing logistics processes;

more efficient processing of urgent orders;

increasing the stability and predictability of spare parts supply.

The aim of these changes is to provide customers with the necessary spare parts in the shortest possible time and to focus on truly critical service needs.

Price repositioning for certain groups of spare parts

As part of a long-term strategy to increase competitiveness, JCB is implementing an initiative to reposition prices for a number of spare parts. It covers key service and consumable items, in particular filters and selected groups of components that are actively used during the operation of the equipment.

For customers, this means:

- more competitive prices for certain categories of spare parts;

- a reduction in the total cost of ownership of the equipment;

- an incentive for regular and timely servicing.

The changes will be implemented gradually from 1 January 2026.

Update to LiveLink service conditions

The conditions for the continuation of the LiveLink telematics service are also being updated from 2026. The changes are aimed at maintaining the availability of the service for users and further developing JCB digital solutions that help to more effectively manage equipment and service processes.
