Pursuant to the decision recorded in the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PrJSC "Agrimatco-Ukraine" (Minutes No. 57 dated August 12, 2026), Vitalii Viktorovych Denysenko assumed the duties of Director of PrJSC "Agrimatco-Ukraine" effective August 15, 2026.
