Team participation in the training "Strategic Management and Strategic Thinking"

On September 2-3, the training "Strategic Management and Strategic Thinking" was held for the heads of the main areas of Agrimatсo-Ukraine.

Leaders must lead, enrich the team, and inspire them to move forward for the common cause.

Extreme variability of external and internal environments requires the formation of adequate tools for rapid adaptation to new market conditions. Improving the process of creating and implementing a strategy requires a complex creative approach, which is based on strategic thinking.

During the training, the heads together with the trainer mastered the basic methods and approaches of strategic thinking, consolidating practical cases.

The ability to play a certain situation allows you to better abstract and see a seemingly difficult event from a different perspective, it also allows you to capture the theory and find a solution.

The management team showed excellent cohesion and the ability to work as one body for the development of the company.
